That same year, Brigitte Bardot discovers this famous cake. She proposes to Alexandre Micka to call it "Tarte Tropézienne" ! It consists of a brioche, flavoured with orange blossom water, filled with the most exquisite thing you can imagine...the Madame cream. Please, what an extraordinary, elegant and pompous name !
