This recipe is prepared with a slightly spicy curry paste to be made on the spot with your Les Attachantes spice blend. Browned at the start of cooking, the spices will release all their flavors to flavor your dish. Use fresh cream (or soy cream) to cover your plates and bring a little sweetness and contrast to your dish.
For a 100% vegetable menu, we suggest that you accompany your creamy chickpeas curry with a salad of raw vegetables, for example a salad of red cabbage and carrot in winter or a salad of tomato, spring onion and pepper in summer.
