Juan Arbelaez, chef of our Yaya restaurants, has selected for you Kalios Bio extra virgin olive oil. A monovarietal oil produced from Koroneiki olives freshly harvested green at the very beginning of the season in Greece. It reveals aromas of fresh herbs and a subtle peppery finish.

Ideal for tomatoes salads, carpaccio and fresh cheeses.

With a very low acidity rate, less than 0.35%, it ranks among the greatest olive oils.
